Participants can use the Mentee and Mentor Development
Workbook as a self-development tool throughout the program.
There is a separate guide for Mentees and for Mentors,
tailored to the needs of each role.
The Workbook helps participants to build key mentoring skills
and apply their learning’s. Participants can use their Workbook
as a self-paced training and development tool. They can use the
activities and exercises to develop key mentoring skills of active
listening, questioning and giving and receiving feedback.
Participants use the Development Workbook to enhance their understanding
of mentoring, the partnership and themselves. Through the practical
format they can reflect on, build and apply their mentoring learning’s.
